How come I can't log in?

There are only three things why this could happen:

1. You're using an incorrect username/password. To fix this, just click "Log In" from our homepage then click "Forgot Username/Password."

2. If you just registered, you should click the activation link we sent you through email. This is our way to verify the validity of your email address. If you have not received the activation email check your spam mailbox, if it's still not there, kindly contact our support team so we can resend it to you.

3. You have been locked out. Violating rules and policies at Raket.ph will revoke your access on our website. We prioritize safety and reliability for all our users. If you believe this was a mistake, feel free to contact our support so we can give you back your access.
